v74 - reload and sound

v74 is out.
added some more sounds to increase feedback.
made reloading a bit cleaerer and cleaned up the code so you only reload on [R] when you actually have less ammo than max.
added some new sprites for tents and barbed wire from unfuneralOD - many more to come.

Ah, and forgot to mention you can now also target cover with the mouse and shoot at it (and destroy it with some patience)
