v70 - bugfixes and map adjustments + new level

Hey everyone,
Thanks to great feedback from blackjackGT again, i was able to fix a few thing:
-changed name of MP5 to MP40
-adjusted stats of the Thommy Gun  to diversify it from the MP40 and to make it a bit more historically accurate (whatever that means in an over the top 80s action movie style shooter)
-added two levels, one before you rescue the companion and one later where you take over a trench and can use the MG to defend against enemy reinforcements on open field.
-removed the white background of mp bug
-fixed a few things with the weapon pick up system and with the control of the player.
